I booked a couples massage as a treat for my husband and I and I was very disappointed! The experience was very unbecoming of Ma'ati Spa. I have had several experiences with this spa that was above average so the expectation is very high! Our appointment was at 1pm we didn't get called back until 1:26pm .My sheets were damp so they had to replace my sheets. The other therapist stayed my husband's massage and my therapist seen to try to keep up with her insured of being attentive to my massage. The massage was very rushed and cut a few minutes short. We were not offered aromatherapy or nuts and fruit. Very disappointed! Also when we first arrive no one was in the lobby to assist. Ma'ati Spa please do better I have experience better from you. Thanks. Please let me know when Corey returns. He is the best!

My mom and I enjoyed our massages at Ma’ati Spa. From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away by the wonderful customer service! The hot tea was amazing and fresh. This was my moms very first time getting a full body massage and she LOVED every minute. The environment of Ma’ati Spa was very inviting and most relaxing. Although I live out of state I plan to send my mom at least once a month for a massage, that’s how much we enjoyed our girls spa day experience at Ma’ati Spa & Massage!

My husband and I went for our 5 year anniversary for a couples massage. They had to push back our appointment time 30 minutes after it was scheduled but gave an advance notice. They stated we would be given hot towels as a result. The staff was very nice and professional and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The masseuse gave great attention to the areas specified. We didn’t get the hot towels however, we did get an aromatherapy steamed facial which was nice. Note that parking isn’t great in the area.

Booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend and it was AMAZING! We get massages all the time and this was one of our best experiences. The staff was wonderful and we got an appointment the same day we called to book. I literally have nothing negative to say about them, everything was perfect and they really made our Valentine’s Day weekend special. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for being so awesome. I wish I could remember their names (I’m awful with names) but he had dreads and the woman had curly hair. You both are fantastic!!!
